Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one or small group online tutoring sessions via Zoom or Google Meet.
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and academic goals.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback to parents and students.
- Maintain a professional and encouraging learning environment that fosters student growth.
- Track attendance and session logs accurately within our learning management system.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to refine teaching methodologies and share resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in a relevant field of study.
- Strong command of the English language and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts simply and effectively.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Passion for education and a desire to help students succeed academically.
- Availability for at least 5-10 hours per week.
