Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards and student learning goals
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize multimedia tools and digital resources to enhance learning outcomes
- Participate in ongoing training to master our teaching methodologies and platform features
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to refine tutoring approaches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (required)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least one K-12 subject area
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt teaching styles
- North Carolina teaching certification preferred
