Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one-on-one and small-group online tutoring sessions via our virtual platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning objectives and curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide detailed feedback
- Utilize interactive digital tools to create dynamic and effective learning environments
- Communicate progress and collaborate with parents/guardians and academic coordinators
- Stay updated on subject matter best practices and innovative teaching methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in online tutoring platforms and digital learning tools
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least one core academic area
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- North Carolina residency or ability to work EST hours
