Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with NC state standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless sessions
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic advisors
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum updates
- Submit session reports and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (required)
- NC teaching certification or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Strong subject knowledge in at least one core academic area
- Background check and child safety certification (provided)
