Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop personalized lesson plans aligned with student goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methodologies
- Provide detailed progress reports to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with academic team on curriculum enhancements
- Participate in ongoing professional development sessions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or related field
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Expertise in K-12 subject areas (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Proficiency with virtual classroom technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Illinois teaching certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- High-speed internet and quiet workspace
