Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Colorado state standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize multimedia tools and digital resources to enhance engagement
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
- Maintain accurate session documentation and scheduling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 focus preferred)
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms and digital teaching tools
- Strong subject matter expertise in Math, Science, or ELA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Colorado teaching certification or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Background check clearance and reliable home office setup
