Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions to students in K-12 and adult education.
- Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to individual student goals and learning styles.
- Monitor student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Utilize various digital platforms (Zoom, Canvas, Google Classroom) to facilitate seamless learning experiences.
- Maintain a professional, encouraging, and safe online environment for all students.
- Collaborate with the educational team to update curriculum materials and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Math, Science, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring students (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Reliable computer and webcam.
