Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or group virtual tutoring sessions via our proprietary learning platform.
- Design and deliver personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to improve curriculum materials and teaching methodologies.

Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States (Columbus, OH preferred).
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students in K-12 or Higher Education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency with technology and virtual learning management systems (LMS).
