Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Ohio Learning Standards and student goals
- Track student progress using our analytics dashboard and provide actionable feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents and EduPrime coordinators regarding student performance
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, etc.) to create engaging learning experiences
- Participate in ongoing professional development and curriculum training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms and digital educational tools
- Ohio teaching certification preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Strong time management and self-discipline for remote work
- Passion for education and commitment to student success
