Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 or small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
- Stay updated on educational best practices and subject methodologies
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address student learning gaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 focus preferred)
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, ELA, or Social Studies)
- Strong technology skills with video conferencing tools and digital learning platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ohio teaching certification (preferred but not required)
- Background check clearance required
