Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions via our secure online learning platform.
- Design and deliver personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and pace.
- Foster a supportive and engaging virtual classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Utilize various digital tools and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with our academic team to update curriculum materials and teaching methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area or a related field (teaching certification is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- Proficient in using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and online learning management systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching styles to meet diverse student needs.
- Available for evening and weekend shifts to accommodate students' schedules.
