Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions for students in grades K-12 and adult learners.
- Design and implement customized lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles and academic goals.
- Utilize digital whiteboards and educational software to facilitate interactive learning experiences.
- Track student progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Maintain a professional, encouraging, and safe online environment during all sessions.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding schedules, curriculum updates, and student performance.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to address specific challenges and knowledge gaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
