Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, History)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with TEKS standards and student goals
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, assessment platforms)
- Track progress and provide detailed feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps
- Maintain session notes and achievement documentation in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of K-12 teaching or tutoring experience
- Proficiency in virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Texas teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven track record of improving student performance
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
