Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, Science, English)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with Texas education standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless virtual classroom management
- Communicate effectively with parents and students regarding academic goals
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum refinement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- Texas teaching certification (or equivalent) with 2+ years experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong diagnostic skills to identify student learning gaps
- Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate diverse learners
- Background check and child safety certification required
- Experience with TEKS curriculum standards preferred
