Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized 1:1 and small-group tutoring sessions via our virtual platform
- Create customized lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards and student learning goals
- Monitor student progress using our analytics dashboard and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate effectively with parents and teachers to track student development
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, educational games) to enhance engagement
- Prepare students for standardized tests and academic assessments
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience with K-12 students
- Proven expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, English, or History)
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms and digital educational tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Texas teaching certification or equivalent (out-of-state candidates welcome)
