- Communicate effectively with students and parents to provide constructive feedback and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate different paces and educational requirements.
- Participate in regular team training sessions and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Current or previous teaching or tutoring experience is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in the subject matter being taught (Math, English, Science, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
