Responsibilities
- Conduct Virtual Sessions: Deliver high-quality, engaging one-on-one and group tutoring sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or our proprietary learning platform.
- Curriculum Guidance: Assist students with homework, exam preparation, and understanding complex course material in subjects such as Math, Science, English, or History.
- Student Engagement: Create a supportive, encouraging, and motivating virtual environment to foster student confidence and academic growth.
- Progress Monitoring: Track student performance, identify learning gaps, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Resource Development: Utilize and create supplementary learning materials to enhance the student's understanding of the subject.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a tutor, teacher, or teaching assistant is required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable using video conferencing software (Zoom, Teams) and online learning tools.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week during evenings and weekends.
