Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 virtual tutoring sessions in math, science, or language arts
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning objectives
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for engaging sessions
- Communicate effectively with parents and academic advisors
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience
- State teaching certification (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least one core subject
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
