Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions via our secure online platform (Zoom, Google Meet, or proprietary LMS).
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and academic goals.
- Mentor students through complex concepts, ensuring they build confidence and mastery in their subjects.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Utilize digital educational tools and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Communicate effectively with the education team to align tutoring strategies with curriculum standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant subject matter (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Proven experience in online tutoring or traditional classroom teaching.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Passion for education and a patient, encouraging demeanor toward students.
- Ability to pass a background check and adhere to our code of conduct.
