Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Customize lesson plans using our curriculum-aligned digital resources
- Track student progress through our analytics dashboard and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with parents and academic advisors to support holistic development
- Participate in ongoing training on pedagogical best practices and emerging edtech tools
- Maintain accurate session logs and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- State teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- 2+ years of experience in virtual or classroom-based instruction
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, ELA, or Social Studies)
