Responsibilities
- Deliver Personalized Instruction: Conduct engaging, 1-on-1 tutoring sessions via our secure video platform to help students master complex concepts.
- Track Progress: Monitor student performance and provide constructive, actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Adapt Teaching Methods: Tailor your approach to meet diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
- Manage Sessions: Schedule and conduct sessions during your available hours, maintaining punctuality and professionalism.
- Maintain Records: Accurately log session notes and student progress in our Learning Management System (LMS).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in the subject matter you wish to tutor.
- Experience: Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students in K-12 or higher education.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Technology: Reliable high-speed internet and a computer with a webcam; proficiency with Zoom, Google Classroom, or similar platforms.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a regular weekly schedule and attend scheduled training webinars.
