Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Michigan curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/guardians
- Utilize digital tools to create engaging, adaptive learning materials
- Maintain accurate session records and student achievement metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Michigan teaching certification preferred
- Proficiency with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
