Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions

- Track student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Utilize interactive digital tools (Zoom, Khan Academy, Google Classroom)
- Communicate progress with parents and school coordinators
- Participate in ongoing professional development training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or current enrollment)
- 1+ years teaching/tutoring experience (remote preferred)
- Michigan teaching certification or equivalent
- Expertise in K-12 Math, Science, or ELA curriculum
- Strong digital literacy and tech-savviness
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Background check clearance
