What You Will Do
Your primary goal is to facilitate student success through engaging, effective online instruction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions via our state-of-the-art virtual classroom platform.
- Curriculum Development: Create and adapt lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and individual student needs.
- Student Assessment: Monitor student progress through quizzes, assignments, and interactive activities.
- Feedback & Support: Provide constructive, encouraging feedback to students and maintain clear communication with parents regarding academic performance.
- Classroom Management: Foster a positive, inclusive online learning environment that keeps students motivated and focused.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, the subject you wish to teach, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience is highly preferred.
- Subject Mastery: Deep knowledge and passion for your specific subject area (e.g., Math, Science, English, History).
- Technical Skills: Must be tech-savvy with a stable high-speed internet connection and a functional computer/laptop.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain difficult concepts clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during peak tutoring hours.
