Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning objectives
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, screen sharing) for engaging instruction
- Communicate progress with parents and EduConnect coordinators
- Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and abilities
- Maintain accurate session records and student progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Texas teaching certification preferred
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in core K-12 curriculum areas
- Exceptional communication skills and tech-savviness
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
