Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Develop personalized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student learning goals
- Monitor student progress through our digital platform and provide regular progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement
- Utilize interactive digital tools and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session logs and documentation for quality assurance
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Texas teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- 1+ years of experience in virtual or classroom teaching/tutoring
- Proficiency in online tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least 2 core academic subjects
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
