Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging 1-on-1 or small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) standards
- Track student progress using our analytics dashboard and provide actionable feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student milestones and challenges
- Participate in ongoing professional development for curriculum updates and teaching methodologies
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Valid Texas teaching certification (or equivalent) in relevant subject area
- Proficiency in virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)
