Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons across core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Adapt teaching methods to individual student learning styles and needs
- Track student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Collaborate with parents and EduConnect academic coordinators
- Utilize our digital platform for lesson planning and resource sharing
- Maintain accurate session records and attendance logs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Texas teaching certification preferred
- 2+ years tutoring/instruction experience
- Proficiency with virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct engaging sessions via video conferencing
- Background check and child safety clearance required
