Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions via our secure video conferencing platform.
- Develop customized lesson plans and study materials that align with the student's curriculum and learning goals.
- Assess student understanding through quizzes, assignments, and interactive discussions to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to boost student confidence and motivation.
- Utilize digital whiteboards and educational software to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a holistic approach to the student's education.
- Prepare students for standardized tests, college entrance exams, or specific subject mastery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, the specific subject area (Math, Science, English, etc.), or a related field.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring is highly preferred but not mandatory for high-demand subjects.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with virtual learning tools.
