Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with California State Standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for engaging sessions
- Communicate regularly with parents and academic advisors
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- CA teaching credential preferred
- 2+ years tutoring or classroom experience
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring tools (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong subject knowledge in at least two core subjects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
