- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with CA curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies dynamically
- Utilize digital tools (Zoom, interactive whiteboards) for interactive learning
- Provide detailed progress reports to parents and academic advisors
- Collaborate with the tutoring team to share best practices
- Maintain organized digital records of sessions and student milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or related field
- 1+ years tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 focus)
- Strong subject matter expertise in math, science, or ELA
- Proficiency with video conferencing and educational software
- CA teaching credential preferred (not required)
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
