Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 virtual tutoring sessions in Math, Science, English, or other K-12 subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning objectives
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/clients
- Utilize digital tools (Zoom, interactive whiteboards, learning platforms) effectively
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
- Collaborate with our education team to enhance tutoring methodologies
- Adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning styles and abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (or current enrollment)
- Minimum 1 year tutoring/teaching experience (K-12 focus)
- Strong subject expertise in Math, Science, or English
- Proficiency with video conferencing and digital learning tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- California residency required (for state compliance)
