Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions for students in K-12 and higher education.
- Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to each student's specific learning needs and curriculum.
- Utilize digital whiteboards and interactive tools (such as Zoom or Google Classroom) to facilitate effective learning.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents/guardians.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Maintain a professional, encouraging, and supportive virtual classroom environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Strong command of the English language and excellent grammar skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and adhere to our professional code of conduct.
