Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core academic subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student learning objectives
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize interactive digital tools (virtual whiteboards, multimedia resources) to create dynamic learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session records and communicate progress with academic coordinators
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance tutoring methodologies and subject expertise
- Contribute to curriculum improvement by identifying effective teaching strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of formal tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Expertise in at least two core academic subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) and digital learning tools
