Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual learning goals
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide detailed progress reports
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic advisors regarding performance
- Utilize digital tools and multimedia resources to enhance remote learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session records and administrative documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of proven tutoring or teaching experience
- Expert knowledge in at least one core academic subject (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt teaching styles
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms and digital learning tools
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent credential
