Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons via our interactive platform
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Track student progress through our analytics dashboard and provide detailed feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance pedagogical techniques and subject expertise
- Maintain accurate session records and contribute to curriculum refinement
- Collaborate with academic advisors to support holistic student development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of teaching/tutoring experience (virtual experience strongly preferred)
- State teaching certification or equivalent credentials
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, English, History)
- Proficiency with virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills and cultural competency
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Availability for evening/weekend sessions (US time zones)
