Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions using our proprietary online learning platform.
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans that cater to individual student learning styles and curriculum requirements.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and track student progress to ensure mastery of concepts.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and motivating virtual classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents/guardians regarding progress, goals, and upcoming sessions.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and different educational levels.
- Stay updated on subject matter knowledge and educational best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject matter or a related field is preferred; teaching certification is a plus.
