Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive virtual tutoring sessions for K-12 students.
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's specific needs and learning goals.
- Utilize digital whiteboards and Learning Management Systems (LMS) effectively during sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student performance.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and paces.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled in education-related studies).
- Strong command of English and excellent grammar skills.
- Experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring is preferred but not always required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a functional webcam/microphone.
