Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, 1-on-1 virtual tutoring sessions via our proprietary learning platform.
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and academic goals.
- Assist students with homework, test preparation, and concept review for K-12 and college-level subjects.
- Track and report student progress to parents and academic coordinators regularly.
- Maintain a professional, encouraging, and patient demeanor during all interactions.
- Utilize digital tools and resources to enhance the learning experience and keep students engaged.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve curriculum effectiveness and tutoring methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or current enrollment in a relevant educational field.
- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring is highly desirable.
- Strong command of the English language and grammar.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with students of all ages.
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam and microphone.
