Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and small group virtual tutoring sessions tailored to each student's academic goals.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with state standards.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all sessions are productive and within scheduled timeframes.
- Utilize digital tools and learning management systems to enhance the educational experience.
- Stay updated on subject matter knowledge and teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent professional experience in the subject area).
