Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 or small group virtual tutoring sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback reports
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student development
- Participate in quarterly training workshops to refine teaching techniques
- Maintain accurate session records and academic documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least 2 academic areas
- Texas teaching certification or equivalent (not required but preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
