Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Houston ISD curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize digital tools for engaging, interactive learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session documentation and communication logs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Texas teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- 2+ years of online tutoring experience with proven results

- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
