Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our secure platform
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents and educators
- Utilize interactive digital tools to create engaging, effective learning experiences
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student achievements and areas for improvement
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance tutoring techniques and subject expertise

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, English, or related field
- Texas teaching certification preferred (or equivalent state certification)
