Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning objectives
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, screen sharing) for interactive lessons
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address student needs
- Maintain accurate session logs and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Tennessee teaching certification preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Background check clearance required
