Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Assess student progress and provide actionable feedback

- Maintain detailed session records and progress reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Expertise in at least 2 academic subjects
- Strong digital literacy and tech proficiency
- Excellent verbal communication and patience
- State teaching certification preferred
