Responsibilities
- Instruct Students: Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions via our secure online platform, helping students master subjects ranging from Math and Science to English and History.
- Curriculum Management: Develop and customize lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, ensuring they stay engaged and meet their academic goals.
- Assessment & Feedback: Regularly assess student progress through quizzes and assignments, providing constructive, actionable feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Technical Support: Assist students with navigating the online learning environment and troubleshooting any technical issues to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with students and parents/guardians regarding progress and upcoming sessions.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training webinars and workshops to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; teaching credentials or certification are a plus.
- Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in at least one core subject area (e.g., Algebra, Biology, Literature).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain difficult concepts clearly.
- Technology: Must be tech-savvy, comfortable with video conferencing tools, and have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
