Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons across core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Adapt teaching methodologies to diverse learning styles and educational needs
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/mentors
- Utilize our digital platform for interactive sessions and resource sharing
- Maintain accurate session logs and academic records
- Collaborate with academic team to optimize student outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport remotely
- Subject matter expertise in at least one core academic area
- State teaching certification or equivalent credentials
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
