Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group virtual tutoring sessions using our proprietary learning platform.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the specific needs and learning styles of individual students.
- Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and interactive feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and behavioral goals.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment that motivates students to excel.
- Stay updated on curriculum standards and tutoring best practices to ensure high-quality instruction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, the specific subject area, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a strong plus.
- Strong proficiency in English and deep knowledge of the subject matter to be tutored.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
