Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging 1-on-1 virtual tutoring sessions for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Prepare and customize lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Track and report student progress regularly to ensure academic growth and retention.
- Utilize digital whiteboards and learning management systems to facilitate interactive lessons.
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance.
- Adhere to company policies and professional conduct standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in the subject matter you wish to teach.
- Strong subject matter expertise in K-12 subjects (Math, Science, English, History, etc.).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus but not required.
