Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one online tutoring sessions via video conferencing platforms.
- Develop and customize lesson plans tailored to each student's unique learning style and academic goals.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to parents and students.
- Maintain a professional, encouraging, and punctual online presence during all sessions.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance and scheduling.
- Stay updated on subject matter and tutoring methodologies to ensure high-quality instruction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate student schedules.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
